I recently stayed at Concord in Dubai, and I was very pleased with my experience. The location was absolutely perfect for my needs. Upon arrival, there was a mix-up with my booking, which was a bit inconvenient at first. However, the staff handled it professionally and quickly resolved the issue by upgrading my apartment. I truly appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. My room was spacious and also wonderful view, offering both comfort and elegance. it made me feel truly valued as a guest. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from your team. Location is ok,Had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The place is very nice and comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team—Mr. Rishav, Sudesh, and Ayan—for their warm hospitality and excellent service. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Haider for quickly fixing the hot water issue. I had a really nice stay at this holiday apartment. The location was great close to metro, marina and in a quiet, convenient area. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The place itself was cosy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing.

Attentive and very friendly staff always available to help and answer any questions. Fully equipped with good swimming pool and gym. Close to the metro.
